If a live video pauses, unexpectedly stops or experiences a broadcast issue, it’s likely because:
If your network connection is weak, try going to an area with a better network connection.
Currently we are using Facebook as our streaming platform. If you don’t have a Facebook account, you can still watch our live broadcasts.
Periodically, you may get an error stating that the content cannot be displayed at this time. This is an issue with our streaming provider and we cannot rectify that situation. Wait a minute or two, and retry. If necessary close your browser and reopen it.
If you’re having trouble playing videos on Facebook, here are some things you can try.
If you miss the live stream, you can watch on demand at your convenience by choosing “Sermons” in the menu above.
Depending on your settings, some videos will play muted until you unmute the video. Check to ensure your video is unmuted and that your speakers are on and turned up.
Occasionally we experience technical difficulties, but be assured our media team is monitoring and correcting any technicals issues in real time.
A Live Stream is a video that you watch in real time or “as it happens” Our live stream begins at 10:25am every Sunday morning.
On-Demand (also referred to as Video On Demand or VOD) allows the viewer to watch the selected content whenever at his or her convenience. With On-Demand, viewers can pause, play, fast-forward, rewind, and re-watch the show On-Demand as much as they would like.
If you see a black screen with the message “Video Unavailable” – we haven’t gone live yet. Please be patient and refresh the page, it will automatically begin playing when we are live.
Generally we are live at 10:25am, based on the Facebook server time.
