In The Community

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” – Matthew 25:35-40

The Outreach Committee at Bethel Pentecostal Church exists to plan, implement and mobilize the congregation to reach out in the local community through practical acts of kindness, demonstrating God’s love in action and to meet the physical and spiritual needs of our community outside of the walls of the church.

We will no longer be seating for community meals until further notice. However, pre-cooked meals will be available to go.

Check the calendar for the next community meal.

  • Please remain in your vehicle and line up, the meals will be brought to you.
  • If you do not have a vehicle, please stay 6 feet apart and line up follow the posted the guidelines.

Other Events / Outreaches

All regularly scheduled outreach events are on hold for this year, except for the Community Meal (see above).

The Outreach Committee is considering outreach opportunities that will help address needs related to COVID-19 within our community.

Any needs that you are aware of or ideas that you have can be sent to the church office for consideration.​
